Cataloging cops

My grandfather, who went to his grave a carrying member of the Wobblies, used to tell me that there 3 kinds of cops; good cops, bad cops and dirty cops. The problem is when confronted with a cop you can't tell what sort you are dealing with until it is too late.

The real problem is that the agents of the status quo have a very long history, stretching back to the Hay market affair, of using agents provocateurs to discredit those working for change. Their strength is that they are acting as a member of a movement, infiltrating and instigating those acts that will work against the movement and people only figure this out when it is too late.  The real problem is how to identify these boot blacks and isolate them so they can't do any damage.

One way to deal with this problem is to catalog the cops. What I am proposing is a web site that contains images and information about the cops. This site would have a page per cop. Each page would have several pictures, both in uniform and out of uniform. The cops full name, rank, badge number, police department, city and state. There would be NO personal information.
